Mission
American Indian Council on Alcoholism, Inc. (AICA) is here to support individuals, families and organizations as we work together to reduce the incidence of substance use disorders in the Milwaukee Urban Indian community.
Our skilled and caring helpers and state-certified clinical substance abuse counselors provide a wide range of educational and supportive services while maintaining a confidential environment for our community to find healing, sobriety, recovery and wellness - one choice at a time.
