The new year is here! For many that means a variety of resolutions, which can get overwhelming and stressful. This year try something different by setting attainable, short-term goals for yourself. Here are a few to help you get started! 

  • Try to get 30 minutes of movement each day; this could be walking, running, strength training or even cleaning up around the house! 
  • When it comes to nutrition, focus on portion control and limiting your sugar intake.
  • Mental health is just as important! Take care of it by practicing daily gratitude, mindfulness, and spending time with the people who support you. 

If you fall short of your daily goals, don’t look at it as failure. Tomorrow is a new day with another chance. Let’s have a healthy year!
